Our Services

Therapeutic massage is a hands-on treatment aimed at addressing specific physical issues, reducing muscle tension, and promoting overall well-being. Our skilled therapists use a variety of techniques and modalities to target areas of discomfort or pain. The ultimate goal of therapeutic massage is to enhance the body's natural healing processes and provide both immediate relief and long-term benefits for the body and mind.

Similar to our therapeutic massage but using deeper pressure. Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues. It aims to alleviate chronic muscle tension, relieve pain, and improve range of motion by breaking down adhesions and restoring normal blood flow to the affected areas.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, which helps rid the body of toxins, waste, and excess fluid. Using light pressure and rhythmic movements, therapists encourage lymph flow, aiding in detoxification and reducing swelling. This massage can enhance the immune system, promote relaxation, and alleviate conditions like lymphedema or fluid retention. Note: Pressure is light.

Ashiatsu massage is a unique and deeply therapeutic technique where the therapist employs their feet to deliver broad, gliding strokes along the client's body. This method, performed with the therapist using overhead bars for support and control, allows for precise pressure and an even distribution of weight. Known for its effectiveness in releasing muscle tension and promoting relaxation, ashiatsu massage offers a distinctive and rejuvenating bodywork experience.

Hawaiian Lomilomi massage is a traditional healing practice deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture and spirituality, characterized by its rhythmic and fluid movements that mimic the ebb and flow of ocean waves. Using hands, forearms, and elbows, practitioners apply varying pressures and techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and promote a sense of deep relaxation.

Prenatal massage is a specialized form of bodywork designed to cater to the unique needs of expectant mothers during pregnancy. Skilled therapists use gentle and supportive techniques to alleviate common discomforts such as lower back pain, swelling, and muscle tension associated with pregnancy. Beyond physical relief, prenatal massage provides a soothing and nurturing experience, fostering a sense of relaxation and well-being for both the mother and the growing baby.
